Culinary stage of flavor - shows and tasting
During the Gastro Quick Service trade fair in Nadarzyn, the Polish Association of Chefs and Confectioners (OSSKiC) invites you to visit its stand, which will be buzzing with culinary energy.
A special attraction will be the presence of the Poland National Culinary Team, which will prepare and serve a variety of dishes from a specially prepared food truck.
The menu will include classic burgers, vegan burgers, aromatic pulled pork sandwiches, and various types of hot dogs. This is an excellent opportunity to try dishes prepared by the best chefs and confectioners in the country and talk to them about culinary trends and experiences.

A cooking demonstration on stage, during which Kris Jabłoński – chef, CEO of Steaks&More and beef expert – will prepare a seasoned entrecôte steak, finishing it off with a flambéing technique. The meat will then be used to make an American street food classic, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Choosing beef dishes for street food
Kris Jabłoński, CEO of Steaks&More, chef and beef expert, will talk about street food dishes made from beef, inspired by cuisines from around the world, including American classics such as the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Oklahoma burger, better known as the smash burger, the Greek street food classic Kofta, and Turkish kebab made from craft beef. Visitors to the Steaks&More stand will have the opportunity to try all these meats.
